In today's video, I'm going to share a guy named Mike who came to see me for some 1:1 mindset coaching as he felt he was blocked from achieving his goals. He had 3 key goals: 1. Leave his full-time safe and secure job to work on his YouTube channel full-time. This was a big change and understandably he had doubts and fears about this. 2. Complete an online course he had been creating for a year and couldn't seem to get it finished. He felt a bit of impostor Syndrome. 3. He wanted to become a father for the first time and had anxieties about it. After he came, we cleared the emotional fears, anxieties, and doubts. Then I tested Mike's subconscious mind and found some core blocks to his success. We cleared them and then reprogrammed his mind with his goals. Remember limiting beliefs are false beliefs that prevent us from pursuing our goals and desires, keeping us from doing important things or taking steps outside our comfort zone. He can overcome his limiting beliefs by identifying them, and then choosing empowering thoughts to change your reality. Most people who are self-confident generally tend to have a positive outlook on life, and they have a strong belief in themselves. This belief allows them to take risks and persevere through failures while all the while believing that goals will happen eventually. Some of the most powerful limiting beliefs we hold are the limiting beliefs about ourselves. So many of these beliefs are centered around emotional attachments or insecurities that must be processed before we can challenge the belief.
