Welcome back to my channel. Today, I'm going to take you guys through an ice bath, which is my second one of the day. I do this to give myself a break from the work I've been doing and it's been a part of my routine for a while now. The thing with ice baths is, you have to get used to it and not freak out when you first get in. Your mind is going to want to survive and you'll have to take the shock and move forward. So, come with me and see how I do it. I slowly get into the ice bath and I have to admit, it's a little painful at first. But, with each passing minute, it gets better and better. The key is to focus on your breathing, which helps warm up your body. I've been doing this at least once a day after working out and it's great for inflammation and boosting your immune system. I follow Wim Hof and I recently bought his course to make sure I'm doing it right. And after a few minutes, my body gets used to it. I love doing this because it resets my mind and is great for my mental toughness as well. And after the ice bath, I like to meditate or listen to some motivational stuff.
