How To Manage Virtual Assistants Effectively | What Is the Next Step After Hiring Virtual Assistants

In this video, I want to talk about virtual assistants and what you need to do after you have them managing all your work and day-to-day tasks. A lot of people get virtual assistants and don't manage them properly. They either leave them alone too much or don't know what to do or say, and this happens a lot. In my recent mentorship program, four out of five of my students paid me good money to help them make $2,000 profit online per week and get virtual assistants. By the end of the three months, the four students hit their numbers and had virtual assistants running their businesses day-to-day. But here's the thing, with any business that you do, you need to keep your foot on the pedal. It's not like you just have a virtual assistant, and your life is easy. You still have to do all the little things. That said, you will have more time, and you will make more money, but you have to manage your virtual assistants properly and be a leader. In this video, I share some tips on how to manage your virtual assistants properly, like talking to them once a week, looking at their sales conversations to see where they're messing up, continuously setting higher targets, paying better commissions, and keeping them accountable. If you're interested in learning more, I have different price plans on my website, and I highly suggest you get into my mastermind if you've been flipping diabetic products already. If you're a beginner, get my course, and if you have virtual assistants, get my virtual assistant course. I'm also coming out with a CRM course soon, so stay tuned for that.
